Captain's Corner

So I received some great news today. For the first time in years my credit score is high enough to qualify for a home loan. Previously, due to what I have termed the “Lost Years“, I was unable to qualify for anything at all and had to rely solely upon my beautiful wife to qualify for cars, houses, whatever. But hard work and diligence have finally paid off. Now, if we can just get the whole debt to income thing under control we’ll be able to breath easy!
